No Crap on Tap, Period. It’s not called an aftertaste, it’s called a finish and your beer is supposed to have lots of it. And a nose… Go ahead… Smell it. And Body. And Structure. And texture. And yes, a finish. [You just try and get that out of a red and white can]

If you don’t think you’re a beer person, you are not alone. But have you ever had real beer? Not that fizzy yellow stuff that’s made from rice and tastes —if anything— like plastic… We're talking hand-crafted, full of flavor and personality.

We only pour beer that resists multi-million dollar advertising campaigns meant to distract you from the fact that the beer itself is boring and tasteless. Beer is not a status symbol…
