The Raw Deal is a family-owned business that cares about giving healthy alternatives for dining and sipping in the small town of Menomonie, WI. The Fedderly family purchased the old AJ Jospehson building in downtown Menomonie in 2008 and restored it to historical standards.

Maria Lewis
Food Director

Maria keeps the gears turning daily at the shop. 
As our Food Director, she determines what needs to be made and what new items we can add. She oversees the staff training, quality control, and inventory. Maria also communicates with Julie regarding when and what food/bakery needs to be made. She finds new recipes, fills up the food case, and creates monthly drink specials.

Natalie Steiner
Events and Social Media coordinator

Natalie is the one scheduling, setting up, and marketing all the events. She is the mind behind all the social media photography and posts. You'll find her on event nights pouring beer and wine, taking photos around the shop, and serving up coffee behind the counter. 

Ashley Score
MANAGER / Owner

Ashley is the Person connected to every aspect of the Raw Deal. Julie & Dan's daughter, she takes care of things behind the scenes, but can also jump to the front when needed. 

Julie Fedderly
Chef / Baker / Owner

​Julie is the mastermind behind the highly inventive and delectable raw and vegan food. We all swear she practices magic in the kitchen, to be able to turn nuts and seasonings into a faux cheese that would even confuse a Wisconsinite is an amazing feat! 

Dan Fedderly
Roaster / Beer / Owner

Dan roasts all our coffee, orders the beer, and can tell you pretty much anything about either one. Don't get him started about Historic Buildings, either! He maintains our beautiful General Store building with a lot of love.
